Sharing the gospel abroad prepares us to share the Gospel at home. We see the same pattern again and again: church members go on a mission trip, they learn how to share the gospel, and develop a broken heart for those without Christ, then return to Jacksonville with a zeal to see their friends and neighbors come to Christ!
Requirements to go on a short-term trip:
- Committed to and actively involved in the ministries of Faithbridge Church.
- Willing to participate fully in pre-mission trip preparation meetings and fulfill the training requirements.
- Able to withstand long periods of walking across uneven areas.
- Must be 15 or older at the time of the trip.
- Willing to follow the mission team leader and adopt an attitude of “yes, I will try” to the various responsibilities and opportunities on the mission trip.

This team will work alongside Faithbridge missionaries, John and Serena Tail, to reach the indigenous Zoque people in Chiapas, Mexico. Through community outreach, evangelism, and discipleship, the team will support efforts to build lasting faith foundations in an area with deep spiritual needs.

Faithbridge will continue its partnership with our sister church, Faithbridge Dayanu, to share the gospel and serve the people of Léon, Nicaragua. This team will focus on personal evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach.
