WHO WE ARE

Faithbridge Church is dedicated to the continued expansion of the gospel of Jesus. We are intentional in developing a family-centric church that loves and cares for one another. As a “Sending Church” we strive to raise up fully devoted followers of Jesus who live as his ambassadors in their everyday lives. Our focus is on “equipping the saints for works of service” (Ephesians 4:12).
Our discipleship strategy provides shared language and church culture to continue maturing as believers. We call it our CORE 4, based on the principles of Acts 2:
"And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles"  (Acts 2:42)
This description of the early church is a clear picture of what is needed for us to live out God’s calling in our lives.  These early Christians were described as “devoting themselves” to a set of things. In life, we become what we are committed to.  As a result, we challenge everyone who calls Faithbridge their home and wants to grow in Christ to continually seek to raise their level of devotion to these same items.

Our Values

Biblical Teaching

We live in a world where anyone with access to the internet can promote their own ideas.  Proverbs 14:12 teaches us that, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." In this world filled with different voices and opinions, God speaks to us clearly and decisively through His word.
As a result, the Bible is central to everything we do as a church -- whether that is worship, small groups, community service projects or mission trips.  We believe the Bible is entirely true and God’s primary means for speaking to any of us.
"For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. "
Hebrews 4:12

Christ Centered Worship

Corporate worship at Faithbridge is the Body of Christ gathered together in unity and diversity centering our focus on the King of kings and the Lord of lords.  When we gather to worship, we put the emphasis not on our personal experience but on our obedient response to Christ

Authentic Community

Faithbridge has the feel of being a large and extended family.  We believe that these close relationships are a vital part of what God has in mind for us living together as His church.  Colossians 2 teaches us, "hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is  Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." In other words, we need each other in order to grow to full maturity in Christ.
The primary means by which community is created at Faithbridge is through our Connect Groups.  We believe it is important to be known and loved in God’s family.  It is through these groups that we care for and encourage one another to grow as disciples.

In our Connect Groups, the big church becomes the small church – it is a place where you will be loved and friendships are formed while learning about God’s word. We invite you to join us as we study the Bible together in a casual setting. Whether you are brand new and just learning the basics or have invested many years in studying the Bible, we welcome you and have groups for every age from birth through senior adults. Our Connect Groups take place on Sunday mornings and are welcoming new people join them each week.
